We Do Care in its aspiration to make a real difference for active duty and veteran military personnel and families strives to have executive leadership that has the ability to provide time, energy, expertise, and influence of resources which will enable our vision and mission to become a reality. To that end, executive committee candidates are prepared to meet the requirements listed below: 1. Be committed to the mission and become an advocate for We Do Care and our mission. 2. Be accountable for one of the five functional responsibilities of We Do Care – Resource Development, Service Organization Liaison, Administration & Finance, Marketing, or Community Liaison. 3. Attend every other month board meetings. 4. Attend events that support We Do Care activities. The expectation is for each executive committee member to make a positive impact in moving We Do Care forward. The executive committee meets every other month and more often as the Freedom Festival approaches. Attendance at We Do Care sponsored events such as those in partnership with the USO or other organizations is encouraged.
